Cookie policy
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies actually used by inmonexo.es, inmonexo.pt and the crm.inmonexo.es application (reviewed on 20/10/2026). We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and the pages do not load third-party resources (no fonts, scripts or tracking pixels). That is why there is no consent banner: everything listed below is technical and strictly necessary (art. 22.2 LSSI, art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive).
1. Cookies
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__Host-inx_s | InmoNexo (crm.inmonexo.es and the agency subdomain) | CRM session after sign-in. httpOnly, Secure, only sent to InmoNexo. | Until the browser is closed (max. 12 h of inactivity); 30 days if you tick "Remember me". Deleted on sign-out. |
__Host-inx_bo | InmoNexo (internal backoffice) | Session of InmoNexo staff in the backoffice. | Session (max. 8 h). |
inx_hint | InmoNexo | Flag with no personal data (value "1") telling the home page that a session is open, so you go straight to the application. | 30 days; deleted on sign-out. |
Visitors who only browse the presentation pages without signing in receive no cookies.
2. Browser local storage
The application uses your browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB) to keep your chosen language, display preferences, recent workspaces and temporary working data (for example, photos waiting to be uploaded), and a service worker caches the application files so it loads faster. This data stays on your device, is not used to track you on other sites and can be cleared from your browser settings.
3. Third-party services
Inside the application, maps load OpenStreetMap tiles from your browser, which sends your IP address to their servers; they do not set InmoNexo cookies. If analytics or third-party tools using cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before enabling them.
4. Controller
Magnara Realty S.L. (InmoNexo), tax ID B22872311. More information in the Privacy policy or at soporte@inmonexo.es.
