2. Purpose
This website presents InmoNexo, a cloud management software (CRM) for real estate agencies and professionals, and gives access to account sign-up, the contact form and the application. The service is provided under the Terms and conditions.
3. Conditions of use
Access to this website is free of charge. Users undertake to use it lawfully and in accordance with this notice, and not to damage, overload or disrupt the website or the application, nor attempt to access data or areas they are not authorised to access.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The InmoNexo brand, the website design, the texts and the software belong to their owner or are used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without authorisation is not permitted, except for personal, non-commercial use of the website. Property photos shown in examples are CC0 (public domain) stock images and the data in screenshots is fictitious.
5. Liability
The owner tries to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions and may change without notice. The owner is not liable for damage arising from use of the website except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor for the content of linked third-party websites, which are provided for reference only.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Toledo (Spain), unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
